Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on any plan. Onboarding — configuring your knowledge base, class names, booking links, and phone setup — is included.
How long does it take to go live?
Most swim schools are live within 48 hours of signing up. We handle the configuration; you review and approve.
Can I use my existing phone number?
Yes. We can port your existing number or set up call forwarding — no need to change anything parents already have saved.
What infrastructure do I need?
You will need your own accounts with Retell AI (voice), Twilio (phone number), and UChat (web chat). We guide you through setup during onboarding and handle all the configuration.
What if I open a new centre mid-year?
Let us know and we'll add the new location, pro-rated to the day. No lock-in, no penalty.
Does PoolDesk replace my booking system?
No — it works alongside your existing system (Swim Central, iClassPro, or any booking URL). PoolDesk handles the conversation and sends the link; your platform handles the booking.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Monthly plans cancel at end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be paused.
